Return & Refund Policy

At OTM Apparel, every item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because each product is custom created specifically for the customer after an order is placed, we do not accept traditional returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we may approve a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

To qualify for a refund or replacement request:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue

Examples of eligible issues may include:

  • Major printing defects
  • Torn or damaged garments
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significant manufacturing errors

Once the claim is reviewed and verified, we may:

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Offer store credit when appropriate

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be approved for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen/device settings
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our business from fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that lack sufficient proof or appear abusive, suspicious, or inconsistent with our policy.
